Website Service Terms

We design, build and host a website for your business. What is included is the design, your menu or service list typed in, your photos prepared and placed, the layout you chose from our library, and setup on a domain we register for you.

我们为你的生意设计、制作并托管一个网站。包含的内容是：设计、把你的菜单或服务清单逐条录入、处理并放置你的照片、你从我们版式库里挑的版式，以及在我们代你注册的域名上完成配置。

Anything outside that — extra pages, custom features, online card payments, a booking system, copywriting, photography, translation, or ongoing marketing — is quoted separately, and work on it starts once you agree the price.

超出上述范围的一切——额外页面、定制功能、线上刷卡收款、订座系统、文案撰写、拍摄、翻译，以及持续的营销推广——均另行报价，待你同意价格后开工。

The first month is US$400. After that the fee is US$30 per month. You may pay monthly, or settle in advance at a discount: one year for US$324 (10% off) or five years for US$1260 (30% off). All amounts are in US dollars, and any taxes that apply where you are remain yours to settle.

首个月为 400 美元，其后每月 30 美元。可以按月付，也可以预付享折扣：一年 324 美元（九折），五年 1260 美元（七折）。所有金额均以美元计；你所在地适用的税项由你自行承担。

Fees are payable in advance and are earned in full the moment we begin work on your site, including where you later decide to hold the launch. If a payment runs more than 14 days late we may suspend the site until the account is settled.

费用为预付；我们一旦为你的网站动工，该笔费用即视为已全额赚取，包括你其后决定押后上线的情形。若款项逾期超过 14 天，我们可暂停该网站直至结清。

We may change the monthly fee by giving you at least 30 days' notice, and you are free to cancel before the new fee takes effect.

我们可在提前至少 30 天通知的情况下调整月费；你可在新价格生效前自由取消。

The domain is included in your fees. We register it in your name where the registrar allows, renew it while your subscription is active, and settle the registrar's bill directly — your fee to us covers it in full. The cost is usually around US$15 a year.

域名费用已包含在你支付的费用中。在注册商允许的情况下我们以你的名义注册，并在你的订阅有效期内代为续期、直接向注册商付款——你付给我们的费用已经涵盖这一项。该费用通常为每年约 15 美元。

Domain renewal runs with a live, paid-up subscription. Once a domain lapses it becomes available to the public, and responsibility for that outcome sits with the account holder.

域名续期以订阅有效、款项结清为前提。域名一经失效即向公众开放，该结果的责任由账户持有人承担。

You give us your business details — contact person, phone, address, opening hours, your menu or service list with prices, and any links you want on the site. You are responsible for the accuracy of everything you give us.

你需要提供商家资料——联系人、电话、地址、营业时间、带价格的菜单或服务清单，以及你希望放在站上的各种链接。你提供的一切内容，准确性由你负责。

You confirm that you own or are allowed to use the names, logos, text and photographs you give us, and you agree to cover us for any claim arising from material you supplied.

你确认对所提供的名称、标识、文字和照片拥有权利或已获授权使用，并同意就因你提供的材料而引起的任何索赔向我们作出补偿。

Before the site goes live we will ask you to review it. Once you approve it, the content is treated as correct.

上线前我们会请你审阅。一经你确认，即视为内容准确。

Once the build fee is paid, the website and its content are yours. We manage them on your behalf, and your business, your brand and your material stay entirely your own.

建站费付清后，网站及其内容归你所有。我们只是代你管理；你的生意、品牌和素材，所有权完整属于你。

We keep ownership of the underlying templates, layouts and code we use across all our clients, and we may reuse them. If you leave, we hand over the files that make up your site and transfer the domain to you.

我们保留在所有客户之间通用的底层模板、版式和代码的所有权，并可继续使用它们。你若离开，我们会交出构成你网站的文件，并把域名过户给你。

We may show the site in our own portfolio; a written request from you keeps it private.

我们可在自己的作品集中展示该网站；你以书面提出要求，我们即将其保密。

Small changes — a price, a dish, opening hours, swapping a photo, fixing a typo — are included in the monthly fee and are usually done within one business day.

小改动——改一个价格、加一道菜、调整营业时间、换一张照片、改错字——包含在月费内，通常一个工作日内完成。

Redesigns, new pages and new features count as separate work. We tell you the price for anything that falls outside the monthly fee, and it proceeds once you agree that price.

重新设计、新增页面和新增功能属于单独的工作。超出月费范围的工作我们会先报价，待你同意价格后开工。

We keep the site online and take reasonable care of it. Our promise covers that work itself; search rankings, traffic, sales and enquiry volumes sit outside it, as those follow from your market, your prices and your customers.

我们让网站保持在线，并对其尽合理注意。我们的承诺以这项工作本身为限；搜索排名、流量、营业额和询问量在此范围以外，它们取决于你的市场、价格和顾客。

The site runs on services operated by others, including hosting providers, domain registrars and payment processors. Responsibility for their outages rests with them; when one happens we work to restore service as fast as we reasonably can.

网站运行在第三方提供的服务上，包括托管商、域名注册商和支付服务商。它们中断的责任归属于它们；一旦发生，我们会在合理范围内尽快恢复服务。

These terms preserve in full every liability that the law requires to stand, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, and liability for fraud.

本条款完整保留法律要求必须存续的一切责任，包括因疏忽导致的死亡或人身伤害的责任，以及欺诈行为的责任。

Subject to that, our total liability to you for anything connected with the service is capped at the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim, and that cap is the whole of it — lost profits, lost business, lost data and other indirect losses sit outside it.

在此前提下，我们就与本服务相关的一切事项对你承担的责任总额，以你在索赔前三个月内向我们支付的费用为上限，且该上限即为全部——利润损失、业务损失、数据损失及其他间接损失均在此范围以外。

You can cancel the monthly plan at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for, and billing runs in whole periods.

你可以随时取消月度计划。取消于你已付费的当期结束时生效，计费以整期为单位。

We may suspend or end the service where fees stay unpaid, or where the site is used for anything unlawful, deceptive or abusive. Where we end it for those reasons, fees already paid remain earned.

若费用持续未付，或该网站被用于任何违法、欺骗或滥用的用途，我们可暂停或终止服务。因上述原因终止的，已付费用视为已赚取。

These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, and the Hong Kong courts have exclusive jurisdiction.

本条款受中华人民共和国香港特别行政区法律管辖，香港法院具有专属管辖权。

We may update these terms. If a change materially affects you we will tell you before it takes effect; continuing to use the service after that means you accept the change.

我们可更新本条款。若某项修改对你有重大影响，我们会在其生效前通知你；其后继续使用服务即表示你接受该修改。
