These website terms do not by themselves create a completed sale, purchase, collection or other service contract. A specific service arrangement may be subject to additional written terms, quotation details or confirmation between the parties.

2. Website information, services and quotations

Website content is provided for general information about our business and services. Availability, timing, collection areas, accepted equipment, data-handling methods and other service details are subject to confirmation.

• Any online, telephone or message-based quotation is preliminary unless expressly confirmed otherwise in writing.
• A final recycling offer may change after physical inspection, configuration checks, ownership checks or confirmation of the device’s actual condition.
• Pickup, handover and data-handling arrangements depend on quantity, location, condition, safety and operational capacity.
• Nothing on the website guarantees that a particular device or lot will be accepted.

3. Your responsibilities

When requesting a service or submitting information, you agree to:

• provide information that is accurate and not misleading;
• confirm that you own the equipment or are authorised to arrange its transfer, recycling or disposal;
• back up important data, sign out of accounts, disable device locks and remove personal data where reasonably possible before handover;
• disclose swollen batteries, liquid damage, hazardous materials or other known safety risks in advance; and
• avoid submitting passwords, payment-card information, unlawful content or data that you are not authorised to disclose.

Data-erasure, drive destruction or other specialist handling applies only where its scope and method have been specifically agreed. You remain responsible for maintaining any backup you require.

4. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, scrape it at unreasonable volume, impersonate another person or use it for an unlawful or fraudulent purpose.

We may restrict access, reject a submission or take appropriate action where reasonably necessary to protect users, systems, rights or lawful business operations.
